Who may vote?
Anyone who is aged 8 years or older, who has an email address and who lives on the island of Ireland is eligible to vote. Bidders may also vote.
How many votes do I have / how many bids may I vote for?
You have 5 votes, ONE for each Bid that you wish to support. You must use all 5 votes to complete the voting process.
May bidders vote for themselves?
Yes. However, Bidders may only use one of their 5 votes for themselves.
How many times may I vote?
Join the Dots is a completely digital PB and you can see all the bids and cast your vote here. You may vote as many times as you wish but only your last voting process will be counted.
When and how may I vote?
Join the Dots is a completely digital PB and you can see all the bids and cast your vote here at any time between 24th November and 8th December 2021.
Where can I see all the bids/projects and place

Please read through all the Bids before you make your choice on who you are going to support. You might change your mind! Once you have viewed all the Bids, you just click on the VOTE NOW button and you will be taken to the voting platform where you will be able to cast your 5 votes.
You are also welcome to join us on-line on Tuesday 30 November at 7pm where each of the bidders will have the opportunity to share their idea. Access the meeting link here.
What happens if I am having difficulties with the voting site?
This is the first time we have used this voting software so, even though it has been tested, we would like to know if you have any difficulties.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what has gone wrong and/or and let us know what issue(s) you are having and we will do our best to resolve it.
